Is it a Madone, is it an \u00c9monda? In view of the features of both model series, many questions arose &#8211; for example, whether Trek would merge the two racing bikes into one.<br \/>\nNow it&#8217;s clear, Trek unveiled the brand new Madone Gen8 on June 27th. The Madone Gen8 is as light as the current \u00c9monda and 320g lighter than the previous Madone Gen7 frameset. The Madone Gen8 is 77 seconds faster than the current \u00c9monda and just as fast as the Madone Gen7, while the new Aero bottle cages and bottles make the overall system even faster.<br \/>\nThe IsoFlow system has also been further improved and is more compliant than before, allowing you to stay in the saddle for longer.   <\/p>\n<p>We received one of the first bikes in the run-up to the presentation and were able to set it up in our workshop. Ist es ein Madone, ist es ein \u00c9monda? Angesichts von Merkmalen beider Modellserien taten sich viele Fragen auf \u2013 etwa, ob Trek die beiden genannten Rennmaschinen zu einer einzigen verschmelzen l\u00e4sst.<br \/>\nNun ist es klar, Trek hat am 27. Juni das brandneu Madone Gen8 vorgestellt. Das Madone Gen8 ist so leicht wie das aktuelle \u00c9monda und 320g leichter als das bisherige Madone Gen7 Rahmenset. Dabei ist das Madone Gen 8 77 Sekunden schneller als das aktuelle Emonda, genauso schnell wie das Madone Gen 7. Au\u00dferdem machen die neuen Aero Flaschenhalter und Flaschen das Gesamtsystem noch mal schneller.<br \/>\nAuch das IsoFlow System wurde weiter verbessert und ist nachgiebiger als zuvor und sorgt damit, dass Du l\u00e4nger im Sattel bleiben kannst.   <\/p>\n<p>Wir haben im Vorfeld der Pr\u00e4sentation eines der ersten R\u00e4der bekommen und konnten es in unserer Werkstatt aufbauen.
