I was pushing myself to the limit, trying to keep up with the incredible Superman Lopez as we climbed at the Joe Martin Stage Race. Unfortunately, I couldn’t quite match his pace and fell behind. However, I didn’t give up and managed to catch back up to the group. In the end, I finished 15th, coming in 4th in the field sprint. Meanwhile, my teammate Eder had an impressive 2nd place finish from the breakaway, and Kyle came in 8th. Despite giving it my all and averaging 6.5 watts per kilogram for 7 and a half minutes, it still wasn’t enough to secure a higher placement. It was a tough race, but I’m proud of the effort I put in.
